Help! I keep getting a rejection for my New York return. Rejection code R0130. I have submitted 6 times and it's been rejected each time.
Customer support gave me multiple conflicting answers. Form instructions say to list "NYC" on Form IT-2. Customer support says to use "NY." I submitted both ways and it was rejected. I had overrides on withholding tax for line 19 and without, both rejected.
