Question

Hello IL Tax Preparers. Do you know if AbbVie and Abbott Dividends are still High Impact Business that allow as subtractions from Income on the IL Form 1299-C?

Normally my client receives a letter confirming this but they did not get one this year. If you know can you please respond. Thanks in advance.
