Health insurance form 1095 B

Hi,

I have a return  the couple married during 2020.

Husband had health insurance with Form 1095 A, I did MFS for huaband he only need repay $650.

Wife with a 17 son has 1095B now, can not find where to enter this form.

Also now file MFJ they own $2700 Excess advance premium tax credit repayment.

When 

Would be better to file MFS for them?

Hold the return. The new law about to be signed may help them with this.
