Question

Has anyone had any trouble with filing an 1120 return or extension with TEXAS and getting the 'REJECTED' status because of incorrect Texas filing number?

It has been my experience with the Franchise Tax Return ( I assume you are discussing the Franchise Tax Return) that the state will not accept the form without the correct file number.  Do you have a letter with the XT number on it?  That should contain the correct file number.
