Has anyone elected in Proconnect to include IRS Sch LEP "Request Change in Language"? What input form would offer the form? A google turns up an instance in TurboTax.

Form is included in Proconnect 1040 return though not requested. Appears in Applicable FORMS for taxpayer and spouse but not listed if ALL forms are selected.

Thank you so much. I visually searched for input sheet more than once but did not see it until you pointed to it. How it got elected had to be a clumsy data entry mishap.

Two observations. Why doesn't a query not return the location of this specific or all specific form(s) that would associate the Form with the data entry page in Help's Assistant, Community, or other discussions?

Why doesn't the LEP form not appear in the list of forms when selecting ALL?
