Good Afternoon,

I have additional questions regarding Tesla's new clean vehicle credit in 2023. Does the unused credit amount can be applied to next year's tax return? for example, the taxpayer only has a $6000 tax liability in 2023, so can I apply the unused $1500 (7500-6000) into his 2024 form 1040?
