Form 8962
Hello,
I have the critical diagnostic error and I am not sure why this year showed up since my client has similar situation last year and I was able to file electronically without any problem. Is this new? Can we go around it? and finally, is there anyway I can suppress form 8962 so I can file electronically (and I can mail the form 8962 alone).

Form 8962: Household income on line 3 must equal the total of line 2a, Modified AGI, and 2b, dependents' modified AGI, for efile purposes. If the total of lines 2a and 2b are negative, zero will print on line 3 and this return will need to filed as a conventional paper return.
