Question

Form 6252 - prior year installment sale. 2024 return rejected because of wrong property code. When I change to the suggested code it doesnt reflect on the form. Any suggestions how to change so it shows on the 2024 form 6252?

I have a prior year installment sale form 6252. For 2024 the IRS changed the property code options. When I enter the new code in input the 6252 form does not change and filing gets rejected.
