Form 5471 Schedule B #2: Identifying number for US Shareholder from foreign corporation is missing or invalid. US - Ref #2057787
I have a foreign direct shareholder that I need to report in Part II of Schedule B for Form 5471. However, the foreign shareholder does not have a SSN number. When I keep it blank or fill it with "Foreign US", the software throws a EF Critical Diagnostics error. Any possible solution?
