Form 4868 - extension for taxpayers abroad. ProConnect doesn't seem to allow for extension to be filed past 1st due date? Is there something I'm missing?

I have the box checked that this is for a client that lives abroad, but when I go to file the extension Proconnect tells me the extension filing due date has passed.

It is a bit late now, but if that happened to me I would print the 4868 and run down to the post office. At least you asked early enough to have figured that out.
