FORM 2441 Dependent care credit is not generating

Hi All, 

I did everything to fill in all the required information for the dependent and care provider info but form 2441 is not generated and not getting credit. 
The client is MFG with an earned income of almost 75K for both. 
Any explanation on how to fix this please.

    Under the "Info worksheet" in Part III, "Dependents/Earned Income/Credit/Child and Dependent Care Credit info", you need to make sure you enter the childcare costs under the column called "Qualified child/dep care exps incurred and paid in 2023". Once you do that, it will flow to the 2441.
