form 1116

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know why a Form 1116 would be generated without foreign tax paid?  

On the 1116 it shows passive income category and Part 1 has a number in 3a (certain deductions).

When I click on the number it takes me to the property tax section on the Schedule A - it doesn't make any sense to me.

Any help/ideas are welcome!

    Is there anything on page 2? Carryover? 

    Look at the input area > Click View all input screens > Credits > 3rd item is Foreign Tax Credit (1116) > look there for any entries and delete them?
