Question

For Form 1041, where do I input investment advisor fees in ProConnect so I can get a California deduction. I know they are no longer deductible for Federal purposes.

You can enter under Miscellaneous Deductions and there is a drop down to code to taxable income or to allocate between taxable and tax-exempt.  The fees may not be deductible for state purposes, though, so check the state guidelines.
