What is a first time homebuyer installment payment?

    Remember that credit one got for buying a home, that for ONE year - you had to pay it back in $ 500 installments (2020 may just be the last year...).  The following year, *they* said you did not have to pay it back.

    I have two (2 !) clients that are still paying back that $ 500/annually.
