Filing M1W for MN

I have this critical diagnostic:  

M1W State 1099 #1: Minnesota requires a 7-digit MN State ID number (Col B) and a MN income amount (Col C) when there is a MN withholding amount (Col D) on Schedule M1W, Page 1, Line 2. MN - Ref #43742
 
I have been trying to find the form M1W to report KPI information and withholding for a non resident partner.

    ProSeries provides a separate worksheet for all KPI information.  ProConnect doesn't provide something similar?

    The KPI entries are for e file only and don't affect the tax return.  There is no option to file the form M1W to report the withholding.
