Filing An Amended Return via ProConnect - Confirming the Data Being Transmitted
I have never filed an amended return via ProConnect and want to see if there is a way to confirm what data is being transmitted.
What section of ProConnect verifies the IRS data being sent? Can it simply be based on the return that is printed, or the "Forms" in the "check return" section?
Do I simply then go to the eFile section that is labeled "Amended Return."
The original was filed via ProConnect, and the amendments have been made, and verified in the print preview / check return section, but just wanted to confirm.
