Question

Filing a non paid preparer return, error message that ERO preparer info is missing, how do I enter?

I have entered all info under firm and preparer.

Click on the gear icon in the bottom left for Settings.  In the popup, click on Firm Information.  Edit as necessary and make sure your EFIN Verification shows VERIFIED.
