Fiduciary is individual not institution. Do you enter his SSN?

This is form 1041 and diagnostic says you must have EIN

My answer is how it looks in Pro Series.

In 1041 Information Worksheet - Right below the name of the estate or trust is a Check Box - Check this box if fiduciary is an individual.

Then in part V Taxpayer Signature Information it asks for the name. Title and SS 

 

Not sure if its the same in Pro Connect

The Trust, Estate, whatever must have an EIN

The Fiduciary can be an individual and you enter their SSN, if NOT an individual there is a separate entry for EIN.
