I just updated installed product and it won't accept scheduled payment 07/`10/20 and the due date

did change to 07/15/20

Sorry... I'm here so often I forgot how difficult it is to identify ones product.  My bad.

You are correct on both accounts.

It can take more than a week for brand spankin' new tax crap to get programmed. PATIENCE!!!!!

PTO is in the cloud... so exactly what did you update?

@abctax55 Do you really expect a new user to be able to clearly identify their product in that confusing opening screen?
