Extension Payment Not Processed with the Electronic Form 4868 Extension Form and Has Not been Withdrawn from the Bank Account. Why is it taking so Long to be Processed ????

There are several posts about the delays.  The system was overwhelmed around 4/15 and it is taking awhile for the smoke to clear.
