EXPORT A QBO TRIAL BALANCE TO PROCONNECT

I receive the following error message when I press Update Existing Return:

"Something is not quite right with our system. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

I have chatted with Support numerous times but they cannot tell me what is causing it.

Has anyone received the same error message and how was it resolved?
