Estimated tax worksheet
Has anyone had an issue with the estimated tax worksheet where the system pulls the greater of the 90 100/100% options on step 12c shown below rather than the smaller as the form instructs?

Like the giant wording scrunched into the 12c box says, you've indicated in your estimate options to use 100 / 110% of 2023 tax.
