eSignature Signup - Something went wrong. ProConnect Tax Online

Hi Intuit Community,

 

I have started using ProConnect Tax Online and want to get my returns signed and filed for the tax year. I heard the most seamless way to do this in ProConnect Tax is with the eSignature add-on. I have tried setting it up on two separate browsers on separate days after a few restarts but keep getting an error that says "Something went wrong. Please try again." Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, what was the resolution?

    I am also having this issue and have not yet gotten a solution I have been trying over a week now!
