Error message regarding adding a user - exceeded user when we have not

We are new to ProConnect.  We have paid for two users.  There is currently one user listed.  We try to add a user with advanced admin access and the program gives an error message stating we have exceeded the number of users

Or is it saying you can only have one user with advanced admin access?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

We had a known issue with user access that was fixed on today.  If you are still having issues with assigning your advanced users, please contact our support line.
