Emailed client through Intuit Link for e-file authorization. Link asked them security questions, multiple choice. Last question did not have a correct answer. Now what?

Client was unable to complete eSignature e-file authorization because the question didn't have a correct answer. The questions were generated by the system so the client can't change their security questions. Not sure what to do from here.

Through DocuSign? Just void the request and re-send it. The client gets 3 tries before you're stuck paper filing.
