Email address on form 1040: why is it not populated?
I entered the Email address on client info screen, but the Email address on form 1040 is still blank.

You can tell the program you want the email to print by going to General > Misc. Info./Direct Deposit. Enter a 1 in this field on the Miscellaneous tab:
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
