How do I generate the ELECTION TO EXPENSE CERTAIN TANGIBLE PROPERTY (SECTION 179) statement and get the amount expensed to populate Lines 8 on Form 4562?

In the depreciation input DETAIL, the item right after Cost or basis is Current Section 179 Expense. Put the amount you want to expense there and VOILA! you got it.
