Electing PTE in Ohio for S-Corp

Taxpayer is an S-Corp for federal tax purposes and an LLC in Ohio.

Where in ProConnect is the PTE election made for the state so that income flows to the individual return?

The PTET election means the S Corp will pay tax -  Form 4738.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
