Electing and Paying Arizona PTE - 1120S

Taxpayer is electing PTE in AZ for the first time in 2025.

When making this election, ProConnect is generating an error stating that EFT information is required to make payment.

I do not want to make the payment through ProConnect - the taxpayer will be instructed to pay online.

How can this error be cleared in ProConnect and new instructions provided with where to pay online?

Hi @tccpg289 , please go to General Information ---> Miscellaneous Information ---> AZ tab and make sure that the checkbox for "Electronic payment of balance due" is not checked.  That checkbox should only be used for filing with the payment being electronically withdrawn which requires the banking information to be submitted with the return.  If you have further questions, please contact ProConnect Support .
