efile Vermont HS-122 and HI-144

I need to understand how to efile the Vermont HS-122 and HI-144. It states to efile separately from the federal and vermont returns. The option to efile is grayed out and I am unable to select.

    There could be a few reasons that the efile buttons is grayed out.   Most likely some EF Critical diagnostics are generating for that filing.   Those would have to be cleared.
