EFile Transmission Error - "ERO Preperare information is missing"

E-file Transmission Failure
ERO Preperare information is missing. You may need to set ERO contact information for Firm Problem occurred transmitting efile data
 
Anyone else seeing the above error pop up when trying to e-file?  I'm trying to file a 1065/K1s.  I can't find any information that is not filled in, and the EFIN has been verified. The text above is exactly what is popping up, odd spelling and all....HELP!

How did you resolve your issue? I have the same problem. My EFIN has been verified in firm information.  My PTIN is also entered in preparer information. I've double-checked the numbers and my address and everything seems to be in order.

Thanks for the quick reply, George. Yes, it was checked. I finally figured out that I have to designate a primary firm contact, even though I'm the only preparer!
