Is anyone having issue with efiling and how did you resolve it?

"E-file Transmission Failure

An unexpected error occurred while processing the return or creating the efile payload data. Problem occurred getting ef payload data. Problem occurred transmitting efile data"

Do you have a PDF attached to the return? How large is the PDF if so?

    Hi Austin, Jonah was able to help me with the attachment. I wasn't sure what was the error but when he walked me through it the same way i did and it worked that time.

    Hey guys, I've been having similar issues, but figured it out. This assumes you already tried reducing file sizes and are still getting the e-file diagnostic: the trick is to e-file the Federal tax return by itself, and then submit the state tax returns afterword. This worked for me - I hope this helps!
