Efile 9465 without IRS Return?
Hello,
I am creating this post because I have a small question. A taxpayer already efiled their return earlier in the year and reached out to me because they needed help requesting a payment plan.
They tried applying online through their IRS Online account but it gave them an error message to call the IRS number instead.
I was wondering if through my ProConnect Tax account, I can efile a Form 9465 Installment Agreement request WITHOUT filing a return for the taxpayer?
