Education Credit "General Information" viewable only by search?

ProConnect rightly showed me a suggestion to suppress the refundable American Opportunity Tax Credit for my taxpayer — who is age 20, is not a dependent on parents' return but still does not pay for half of her support — by going to the "General Information" screen for Education Credits.

Am I crazy, or does access to that screen does not show up automatically after I have a 1098-T imported? I get the tab and fields for the taxpayer, but I don't see a way to access "General Information" ...

... other than by doing a search in the left Views sidebar. It should be more easily accessible through the Table of Contents or a tab or something, right?

Hi @nholdway , you can access that same screen by going to Credits --> Education Credits (1098-T,8863) then in the upper right-hand corner of the screen click the blue "General Information" link.  This link is not visible on the import pop-up screen.

My goodness, it's there plain as day. I think I never had my screen scrolled up enough to see that hyperlink at the top right. Thank you.
