E-Signature Credits Missing
Has anyone had an issue with their e-signature credits not being available? I tried to send a request and it said that I had 0 credits and I needed to buy some more. When I went to purchase some more, it said I had 3 left. I decided to purchase 10 more, but when I try and send another request, I received:
Purchase eSignature credits to continue
YOU HAVE 0 ESIGNATURE CREDITS
Any ideas?
