E-filing late returns

What is the cutoff for e-filing late returns?  I have a new client who hasn't filed since 2019.  Since we are still in the 2024 tax filing season, does that mean I can only e-file 2022 and 2023 late returns?  Or has that changed?  I can't find guidance anywhere on Intuit or IRS websites, just vague instructions (i.e. "certain forms that cannot be e-filed...")

Current and prior two years. So as of today, 9/30/25, 2022, 2023, and 2024 returns can be efiled.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Ok, that's what I thought, but wasn't 100% sure.  Thanks!

And the clock is ticking on the 2022 return since the IRS will shut things down in mid to late November.
