Question

E file was rejected because donee address was stated as invalid, yet this is the address on their website and letter head.

The donee address is causing the return to be rejected as an invalid address. I have verified that the address is correct by their website and their letterhead. I am at a loss as to solve this issue.

They aren't checking it against a database. This reject has to do with formatting - try deleting out the donee, and entering it again, typing the info in manually rather than copy-pasting. My guess is there's an invalid character, or an incorrect state abbreviation, or something similar.
