Does proconnect permit an election to apply the kiddie tax using the trust rates under old rules?

The program should default to using the trust rates. If you want to use the parent's rates, you must go to "Taxes: Children Under 18 (8615)". In that input, you would select "Calculate tax using parent's tax rate". If your return is using the parent's rates, you should go to this screen and uncheck the box to use the trust rates.
