Does Intuit allow paper file of previous year returns?
I’m new to ProConnect but not to taxes. My first client came to me and asked me to file his 2024 MO return. He already filed his 2024 Fed 1040, and received a letter indicating changes. He doesn’t have his original copy, and right now the IRS is too busy to answer my call.
However, since this is a prior year responding to a MO letter, is there a way to file a paper copy? I’m getting critical error on efiling as I don’t have my EFIN number yet (still waiting)
