Question

Does Esignature issue "We were unable to find your name in the public information database....cannot access esignature documents". This is a first time filer. How to fix?

I don't think you can. E Signature requires Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA).

If your client is not in the database they can't authenticate him or her.

Are you using their legal name? Might they be a young first time filer?

The more I know the more I don’t know.
