Does anyone know where to find the first-time homebuyer's repayment form (Form 5405)? The IRS rejected my client's taxes for omitting this information.

The simplest way to get there is to type 5405 in the search box and click on the first search result.

Since this is a repayment of credit, you'll find the input under Credits > CTC, EIC, Oth Credits, on the Home tab, in the section for Repayment of the First-Time Homebuyer Credit.
