Does anyone know how to translate a screen number to a useful reference in ProConnect?

Critical diagnostics often reference a screen number for some issues. Is there a key to translating the screen numbers? I've usually managed to figure it out, but so far I'm at a loss for my current one

They're Lacerte screen numbers, because ProConnect is basically Lacerte-in-the-cloud. What type of return (1040, 1120S, etc) and what screen number?
