No, but it appears other software does provide PR returns. https://support.taxslayerpro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009304053-Forms-1040-PR-and-1040-SS-

    Last I knew, you have to be registered in PR to prepare a PR return.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
