The proconnect digital reps are awful and unresponsive. Does anyone have a direct contact?

      have a live asst call you back on your cell .. works for me .................

       

      some sticky areas need a fix ............when you get a smartcode   or if you send to asst ......

        Most folks seem happy calling 867-5309.  Jenny seems to be really helpful.  But then again, you could post your question here to see if someone might be able to help.
