Do we know when Pub 536 be released?

Get the following Suggestions when checking return:
Pub 536 has not been released. When this Pub is released, it could result in changes to the NOL worksheets.
Don't know what to do!

In prior years, typically it took Intuit about 2.5-3 weeks to implement a change.  However, this year they are running EXTREMELY slow, so I suggest filing an extension.

It was released two weeks ago.
