Technically, worksheets are included only for your reference and do not need to be filed with the return. You may, however, find it useful to include them for your client's reference.
PTO does provide options to include certain worksheets and statements (e.g. wage and pension schedule, qualified dividends statements, taxable refund worksheet, etc.) with the tax return. You will find these options on the relevant input screens. You may also find these by typing "with tax return" in the search box.
