Divorcing spouse uncooperative

My long-time clients are divorcing.  They lived together in California (Community property state) all of 2019.  The husband has still not provided his income and expense information for his Sch. C business.  I have everything else ready to go.  I am looking for suggestions for how to proceed.

When did they separate?  Happily married in 2019, no split until 2020?  Then find a reasonable method for estimating the community income and attach an explanation.
