I have a diagnostic that appears as a red box with a number 1 on it.  This box is next to the beneficiary's name on the left side of the screen under the Check Return option.  There are no marks on the beneficiary's K-1.  I get no information when i click on the red box.  How do I resolve this?

    You can try deleting the information and then type it in again to see if the software likes that better.
