Diagnostic: "The Resident State as of 12/31/2022 is required to track state e-file returns" - No option for foreign residents?
I have an expat client who retired from a US state. That state was still withholding although she was at no time a resident of that state. I have a critical diagnostic asking for the resident state as of 12/31, but the dropdown has no foreign option. How do I handle this in ProConnect?
