Diagnostic Error re WI and IL reciprocal arrangement

How do you clear this diagnostic error in ProConnect:

Due to a reciprocal agreement with Illinois, the Wisconsin return is not required to report any income. This return is being filed solely for the purpose of claiming a refund of state taxes withheld from Wisconsin. WI - Ref 949

    Did you check if the Full Year Resident box is checked? See step 7 on How to enter part-year or nonresident states in ProConnect Tax, Let me know.

    @1569 The taxpayer is a student and worked while attending the University in WI. The full year resident was checked. Thanks!
